Pendula - Chaos in Motion ("we", "our", or "us") is a local physics simulation app.
We do not require account creation and we do not directly collect personal data on our own servers.
The app may show interstitial ads to free users. AdMob may process device identifiers, diagnostics, and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads. If a user purchases PRO (Remove Ads), ad display is disabled.
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We store only local entitlement state (for example, whether ads should be removed) on-device to preserve purchase behavior between app launches. Purchase records are managed by Google Play and can be restored on eligible devices/accounts.
The app can use device orientation, vibration, wake lock, and local audio playback for simulation and feedback. These features operate locally on your device.
The app accesses the device's accelerometer and gyroscope sensors to detect device orientation and motion for the physics simulation. This sensor data is processed entirely on-device in real time and is never collected, stored on external servers, or shared with any third party. It is used solely to drive the pendulum simulation experience. No health, fitness, or biometric information is derived or inferred from this data.
The app stores local preferences such as volume, mute state, ad cooldown timestamps, session counters, and premium entitlement flags on your device.
The app is not directed to children under the applicable digital consent age in your region.
Data Retention: We do not store or retain any personal data on external servers. All app-related data (such as app preferences, in-app purchase states, and AdMob settings) is stored locally on your device and is retained only for as long as the application remains installed on your device.
How to Delete Your Data: Since no user data is stored on our servers, there is no need to submit a formal data deletion request to us. You can permanently delete all your data and information associated with the app at any time by simply uninstalling the application from your device, or by clearing the app's data through your device's system settings.
Third-Party Data: For data collected by third-party services like Google AdMob or Google Play Services, data retention and deletion are handled according to Google's privacy policies. You can reset your device's Advertising ID or opt-out of personalized ads in your Android device settings.
